The pitch

The three ways to say what we do, from one line to a paragraph. Use the shortest one that fits the space.

One line
A WhatsApp reply, an intro, a signature.
We build AI voice and chat agents for service businesses, plus the console — CRM, dashboards and a knowledge engine built on your own data — that they run on.
Short paragraph
The opening of a cold email, or a reply to 'what do you do?'
Gieek Software Solutions builds AI automation for service companies in the US. Three layers: agents that answer the phone and the chat around the clock, a business console with the CRM, scheduling and dashboards you actually run on, and a knowledge engine built from your own documents and your old database so every answer comes from your business rather than from a generic model.
The three layers
When they ask how it fits together.
The agents — Voice and chat agents that talk to your customers
Custom-built for their business, not a template with their logo on it. They answer, qualify, book, follow up and hand off to a human on rules the client writes and approves.

The console — Their CRM, ERP and dashboards in one place
A business console built for them: pipeline, jobs, customers, invoices and live numbers. Every conversation an agent has lands there as a searchable record.

The knowledge engine — Their own data, made answerable
Documents, price lists, service policies, past tickets and the old database nobody can query any more, embedded into a vector store. Agents retrieve from it before they answer.
The agents we build
The menu, when they want to know what is possible.
Lead generation agent (Chat · Voice)
Catches the enquiry the moment it arrives, qualifies it, and pushes a scored lead into the pipeline.

AI receptionist agent (Voice)
Answers the line 24/7, handles approved questions, books the job or routes the caller.

Booking & operations agent (Voice · Chat)
Checks real availability, books, reschedules, sends reminders, keeps the job board honest.

Paid-ads chatbot (Chat)
Sits on ad landing pages and Meta lead forms and converts the click they already paid for.

Follow-up & reactivation agent (SMS · Email)
Works the leads and past customers already in their database, through to an appointment.

Support & FAQ agent (Chat · Voice)
Answers the same forty questions every week from their own documentation.

Back-office document agent (Internal)
Reads invoices and forms, extracts the fields, files them, raises exceptions.

Internal knowledge agent (Internal)
Their staff ask what the policy is, what a part costs, what happened on a job in 2023.

The services, in full

Agents that answer like their best employee.

What you get:
- Ingestion of documents, PDFs, sheets and web content

What moves the price
Have these ready when they push on cost.
How many agents, and on how many channels

How many systems we integrate with

How much old data has to come into the knowledge engine

How many locations or teams the console has to serve
What is not included
Send it before they assume otherwise, not after.
- We build on a standard architecture — agents, console, knowledge engine — and configure it. Anything outside it is quoted separately or declined, not discovered in week three.
- The agents never improvise. They answer from the approved knowledge base and hand anything else to a human.
- The knowledge engine is only as good as what they give us. If prices and policies are not written down anywhere, writing them down is the first job.
- They need a usable calendar, and whatever channel we are automating has to actually exist (a business number, a website, a WhatsApp Business account).
- Unlimited integrations, unlimited AI usage, unlimited locations and open-ended custom development are never standard. Scope and quote them.
- One or two people with a handful of enquiries a day: the maths does not work yet. Say so and ask to speak again in a year.
